Jeff Lisandro has always been counted amongst the player having the caliber to fight with the best players on the poker circuit. For a long time, he was not able to win a WSOP Bracelet to show his skills. However, in 2007, by winning the USD 2,000 Seven Card Stud Event, Jeff proved the world that he deserved the praises that experts had for him.,
beating and getting respect from some of the best in the world including
Patrik Antonius,
Doyle Brunson,
Phil Ivey and
Daniel Negreanu.

Born in Australia, Lisandro shifted to Italy when he grew up. Initially, his entire concentration was on investments in real estate market. However, he shifted his attention towards a career in the professional poker world. Currently, he is recognized all over the world for his wonderful Seven Card Stud plays and as a cash game specialist.
His prowess in the game first came of age when he made the finals of a WSOP bracelet in 1997. However, his big poker day came in the WSOP 2007, where apart from the cashes, he was able to get a place in couple of final tables. One of those was a 2nd place finish at USD 5,000 Pot Limit Hold’em Event. The second final event came when he stood second in the USD 2,000 Seven Card Stud Event. In 2009, he made things even better by pulling of an amazing achievement by winning bracelets in 3 different stud games having varied buy-ins.

Apart from this, he has won several other events in 2009 and has even been served with the Player of the Year Award. Till date, his overall winnings at the live tournaments have amounted over USD 4,000,000. This winning includes USD 2,500,000 in the WSOP account.
The current Seven Card Razz World Champion, Jeff Lisandro, is continuously making an impact in the poker circuit and he is not far from being counted amongst the all-time greats in the game.
